Here I ask what it means to witness not the silence after creation, but an unyielding field where nothingness is its own subject—every particle the same, every direction infinite. I wanted to show an endless cosmic desert with grains of ocher sand so microscopic and uniform that all individuality evaporates, illuminated by a shadowless, white sky that merges horizon into nothing, denying any anchor. This image investigates whether infinite repetition and perfectly even illumination can push the mind to vertigo—where the absence of motif becomes a visual force, and the camera captures only the nausea and calm of being everywhere and nowhere at once.
