Here I ask what it means for nothingness to acquire texture and presence: could emptiness itself press against the senses, leaving only the languid drift of dust as evidence? I wanted to show the void at a scale both macroscopic and minute, where fine, iron-hued particles hover like a memory of matter amid absence, suspended in light harsh enough to reveal every grain. The unsettling, vertiginous calm arises when the smallest disturbances become monumental, and the eye begins to fall through micro-scale infinity.
