How long can the mind survive in a space that refuses to end?
Where does emptiness press hardest — in the details, or the distance?
When Monotony Becomes an Active Infinite Void
I wanted to show the paradox where a uniformly endless landscape is not peaceful, but instead the embodiment of the void’s oppressive nausea. Here I ask whether nothingness can be rendered as an agent, not just as an absence, by pushing the cosmic desert toward uncomfortable extremity: every grain, shadow, and color chosen to sabotage the notion of rest. This image investigates the moment when the featureless becomes suffocating, using the language of humming sand, flat horizonless blur, and ambiguous, shared shadow gradients — not as backdrop but as the vertigo-inducing protagonist. In this void, the scale is so large it becomes a prison, an endlessness you can touch but never measure.
