I wanted the viewer to experience the inverse vortex as the radial concave lattice erupts from cold stasis into a new landscape—vast yet fragile, cosmic yet tactile. I used the lattice as a field of woven, monumental concavities draped diagonally across a dawn-lit desert, sculpted from impossible oxidized silk and fused mineral. The lattice breathes, undulating in wind, letting light refract in silver-cyan echoes while shadows stretch into eternity. This frame captures the system’s self-willed emergence—geometry adapting, the cosmos present in every fold. Here the form feels like equilibrium and disquiet at once.
