Inverted Lumen: Crystal Wave Breathing in a Frozen Void.
I wanted the viewer to experience the inversion of light as substance, where the geometry itself generates illumination from within, dissolving the line between matter and radiance. I used a concave outward wave—scaled down, delicate, and pulsating—as a primal echo reverberating in a crystalline, arctic cavern. The interplay of impossible materials—soft diamond, liquid frost, glass that amplifies silence—anchors the rhythm of the wave, while pulsations and light-breaking caustics draw the viewer inward, making the fragile boundary of space and self perceptible at the edge of dissolution. Here, the form quietly proclaims Cosmos: infinite containment is not absence, but an active, breathing center.
