Boundary Chorus in the Furnace: Vessel of Opposite Emotion.
I wanted the viewer to experience the paradox of the dome as both cosmic void and primordial womb, its state determined by perception alone. I used the Boundary Chorus as a singularity, weaving an immense shell of rusted lattice and fabric, its curves vibrating with the tension between fullness and emptiness. By foregrounding thermal shadow—where even shade burns with stored heat—and sharply fragmented grid light, I reveal how one geometry catalyzes opposing sensations: a shelter and an exile, a cradle awaiting interpretation.
