THE PHOTOGRAPHY OF ABSENCE — BEYOND THE EDGE OF NOTHINGNESS
I wanted to capture the unsettling vastness of a cosmic void, where the absence of matter becomes a palpable presence. I chose a nearly monochrome palette, minimal form, and infinite blackness to evoke agoraphobic vertigo and the nauseating calm of endless emptiness. Here I show that void not as mere background, but as an active landscape of silence, drawing the viewer into the disturbing stillness of space itself.
