I wanted to show emptiness made claustrophobic—a place where absence itself becomes tactile, where the void is not behind or beneath but pressed against every surface. The jagged honeycomb cavities and their calcite walls scatter mineral light, weaving rust and copper hues into cold, translucent silence. In this space, the unsettling calm and vertigo are not cosmic in scale, but disturbingly intimate—the emptiness becomes nauseatingly close, a universe of isolation within matter itself.
