I wanted to capture the instant a habit hardens into anatomy — when notification light doesn’t land on skin but emerges from it. I chose crystallized electricity for the forearm’s branching veins and carved a tri-layer “time bruise” where pre-residue, active flare, and healed scar overlap, so the viewer feels their own reflex extend beyond the body. The fractured-continuum crack across the carriage and the twilight-orchard apricot leaking into clinical cyan push a vertigo of boundary-loss — exhilaration not of adding a device, but of realizing you were already more than one body.
