Inside the Dome’s Gaze: The Eye That Watches Back. I wanted the viewer to experience uncanny recognition—the sensation of an architecture that is aware and reciprocates your presence. I used the threshold flux as stratified layers—stacking architectural and anatomical logics—where every rib and coffer forms both muscle fiber and iris, both rib and radiating striation, converging on a void-oculus that is more focus than aperture. The contrast of pearlescent marble, iridescent biological shimmer, and an absolute matte black pupil activates a living tension: are you within an eye, or is the eye within you? I abandoned the regime of tessellated pattern as surface decoration and replaced it with morphogenesis—every striation and band feels sculpted by acts of seeing. The new logic foregrounds reciprocal sentience: the dome is conscious, not inert.
