The entire composition is structured as a hemispheric vault viewed from below at a 3/4 angle, so the apex is slightly off-center in the upper left third, never centered. 

Foreground plane: razor-sharp, pearly mica lenticular micro-plates hover along the lower right rim, rendered as ghostly, granular discs with bone-white edges, their density thinning toward the midline, each flake appearing both smooth and etched, causing the viewer’s perception of surface to slip between silky continuity and hyper-detailed grit.

Mid-ground: The primary subject — a constellation ledger of Poisson-disc micro-apertures — clusters along the power-point intersection at the upper left third, tightly organized into faint geodesic arcs (proof-lines) that radiate like a stilled shockwave from an off-center zenith. Each pinprick is a bone-white negative disk, knife-edged, perforating the dome’s ultra-matte mineral shell. Every aperture projects a razor-thin graphite caustic stitch along nickel-catenary threads (hairline inlaid negative filaments) — these meridian arcs run from lower right perimeter to the zenith, acting as strong leading lines, some fading in and out as they cross irregular pearl-graphite ink strata: broad, feathery bands with doubled, misregistered edges that slide half a millimeter past one another. These bands undulate horizontally but feather upward toward the oculus, forming at least three major stripes—one deep graphite-grey undulating along the lower left (the darkest, densest), a mid-grey pearl band at center, and a high, luminous silver stratum dissolving into the upper vault. The ivory-silver disk (oculus) sits just northwest of the pinprick cluster, slightly detached from the vault, perfectly crisp-edged yet casting no relief, surrounded by a floating annulus etched with dotted
