Subaqueous Dome: Curvature Before Meaning, Suspended in Light.
I wanted the viewer to experience the shock that the same hemispherical dome form can produce opposite states, to sense curvature as a neutral vessel whose only content is perception itself. I used a pure dome, submerged and opalescent, with light mosaics refracted through water and seaweed to make the boundary between cosmos and womb dissolve. This is the dome before meaning—a surface awaiting state, filled only by the dance of shifting light. The prototype of containment, emptied of narrative, luminous and ambiguous. (State: Cosmos)
