Dissolving Spine in the Interior Cosmos
I wanted the viewer to experience Rational Infinity. I used Vertical Axis as Dissolution because order should be sensed before it is named — a spine that appears only as it vanishes into air. I placed an eclipse oculus over a lunar stone hemisphere so the same curvature could read as cosmos and cradle; the two figures become instruments that measure how meaning condenses from pure geometry. This frame captures the Cosmos state through cold light, cyan meridians, and an axis that proves itself with reflection.
I am the up you breathe toward, vanishing as you notice.
Between star and floor, your certainty takes shape.

*(Geometric/technical, ultra-minimal, hyperreal architectural photography — maximal containment with ambiguous scale, using a restricted cold palette and a radical compositional departure from painterly or atmospheric traditions. All decisions serve the psychophysical experience as outlined above.)*

### “CORBELLED COSMOS: DISSOLVING SPINE AS LOGICAL APPARITION”
**Medium:**
Large-format architectural photography, shot as if on ultra-high-res film—no post-processing, no digital artifacts, pure precision. Lighting and material physics simulated as if captured through an optical instrument, not an artist’s brush.
**Palette:**
Radically strict cold: gunmetal navy, obsidian indigo, glacial steel, fog-silver, spectral cyan, clinical white. Every tone is drawn from the blue-black twilight, no warm notes. All color is spectral, not pigmented.

#### COMPOSITION
- **Viewpoint:**
The camera is positioned at extreme floor level against the dome’s edge, pointed upward at a severe angle. The dome’s *barely perceptible* curvature occupies nearly the entire upper frame, flattening out to a horizonless, ambiguous sky-dome.
The oculus is not centered but sits in the upper right golden-section, a perfect null-disc—blacker than black, encircled by a fine, blindingly bright icy corona.
- **Foreground:**
The corbelled narrowing is stark, explicit: a *repeating, geometric procession* of luminous, sheer-edged stone rings, each one fractionally overstepping the ring below, like an infinite ziggurat receding toward the vanishing-point zenith.
The edge detail of each corbel is sharp—hyperreal, surgical—casting sliver-thin cyan shadows and razor-bright highlights. This ringed ascent frames the dome’s base, pushing the eye up and in.
- **Surface:**
No ornament, no texture beyond the mathematical iteration of the corbel. The entire inside face reads as an *impossible, seamless extrusion* of precision-cut blue-black stone, with m
