Eye-Architecture Suspended: The Dome as Observer in the Abyss.
I wanted the viewer to experience the primal unease and eerie awe of being seen by the space itself—the uncanny moment of architecture possessing its own gaze. I used a hyperbolic twist as dissolution, letting the optic-dome’s rotational logic bleed and dissolve into aquatic haze, suspending all boundaries. Every rib and coffered bay is carved from shifting crystalline glass and vapor, yet the eye’s oculus-pupil fuses radiant sapphire, intent and sentient. Here, being observed freezes you: the dome is not a vessel, but a presence; you are at the threshold where the inside and outside are cognitively reversed. The state is pure Cosmos—immense, horizonless, equilibrium held on the razor edge of stasis and anticipation.
