Inverted Concave Horizon: Descent into the Trench-Cosmos. I wanted the viewer to experience the destabilizing tension of an inverted horizon inside an infinite trench, dissolving their sense of above and below. I used the inverted concave horizon as a winding, swelling upper boundary, modulated by pulses of refracted light sweeping along angular segments, fusing geometry and oceanic fluidity. Here, crystalline stalagmite fields puncture the vertical chamber, their edges lit by spectral, oceanic glows, contesting gravity and scale. I gave the scene a darkness offset by pulsing ultramarine and electric violet mist, so that the cosmic trench feels vast yet enclosing, a domain where unpredictability and form contend, and the underwater world becomes self-generative art. This frame captures Cosmos — you are suspended at the paradoxical inflection of containment and infinite depth.
The horizon folds beneath me—breathless, bottomless, mirrored in light. Which way is up, which dissolves?

Explicitly describe how polar modulation is applied to the inverted concave horizon, such as by varying the intensity of light and curvature along distinct angular sectors, creating a rhythmic interplay of highlighted edges and shadowed troughs that reinforce the primitive’s structure.

**IMAGE PROMPT**

**PRIMITIVE: Inverted Concave Horizon**
- The centerpiece of the composition is an oscillating inverted concave horizon, rendered as liquid quartz. Its surface displays ultra-polished glass-like qualities with a dynamic ripple pattern, embodying the transition from angular polygonality to smooth circular form. The horizon stretches horizontally across the image, undulating upwards and bending light like a distant mirage. Its edges glisten with refracted blue-violet caustics, catching the viewer’s eye and drawing them into its cosmic narrative.

**COMPOSITION: Scale Collision**
- Utilize an asymmetric layout to anchor the inverted concave horizon at the top third of the frame, creating tension with the opposing darker quadrant. A vast, crystalline stalagmite field punctures upward from the bottom left, casting soft, fragmented reflections on the underside of the concave horizon. These jagged structures create a scale contrast with the curvature that appears nearly infinite, playing with perception and challenging the viewer's grasp of scale.
- A spiraling configuration of sapphire filaments descends from the top-right, weaving into the scene as if threads connecting disparate spatial planes, enhancing the sense of intertwined infinity.

**LIGHT: Dual-Source Phenomenon**
- Two primary light conditions coexist: a diffuse overcast glow from above, illuminating the liquid quartz surface and casting soft caustics, and a bioluminescent glow from the mist that pervades the trench below. This glow casts an iridescent sheen, imbuing the stalagmites with phosphorescent dust and subtly highlighting the geometric transition along the horizon.
- Light behaves as both illumination
