I wanted the viewer to experience how autonomy arises through ungoverned transformation—how a geometric primitive overtakes its maker and the visual field. I used the inverted hyperbolic saddle as a monumental, glowing coral entity, making its undulating, self-organizing folds the protagonist of a dreamlike abyss. The light is not merely on the form but emerges from within it, pulsing with spectral intensity and blurring material and boundary into a living autonomy. The state is best described as Cosmos—a threshold between containment and endless unfolding.
