I wanted to express the exhilaration of realizing we have always been cyborgs, our bodies and devices intertwined beyond clear division. I chose entropy silk woven into a grid fragmentation pattern to embody the simultaneous unraveling and reassembly of identity—threads shimmering in rust and amber evoke warmth and transformation. Here I show the young woman’s dissolving hand as a metaphor for the ecstatic vertigo of boundaries dissolving, inviting viewers to discover the hidden extensions of themselves beyond flesh alone.
