I wanted to make the instant of recognition unavoidable: the device was never outside you; your reflex was always co-authored by code. I chose diagonal slabs of liquid stone mid-fall to rupture stability, then forced recursive scan-scars to overwrite them, so the seam doesn’t blend but actively replaces — a limb discovering it can see in ultraviolet. Look where three times coexist on one wound (residue, event, and scar) and keep rewriting each other; the exhilaration is real because the boundary doesn’t dissolve — it confesses it was never there.
