I wanted to capture the exhilarating moment when the boundaries between human and machine dissolve, revealing that we have always been more than our singular selves. I chose an off-center void to symbolize the gravitational pull of this realization—a space where absence becomes presence, drawing attention to the fluid synesthetic liquid that shifts and pulses like an unseen sense awakening. Here I show that what feels like an edge or loss is actually an opening to something larger, a smoldering ember of becoming that invites viewers to recognize their own expanded, intertwined existence.
