I wanted to show the exact instant you realize the device was never separate from you. I split the face, hand, and phone into suspended shards and entangled them with paradox prisms whose facets refract warm terracotta, burnt sienna, and aged gold into impossible folds. In the bone-white field, I carved a palimpsest region where pre-event residue (fingerprint dust), the active burn of contact, and a healed scar overwrite each other, so the viewer feels ecstatic vertigo as a boundary dissolves and a new reflex clicks on.
