I wanted to capture the instant the body stops being upgraded and starts being the environment — when skin, signal, and street fuse into a single organism. I chose a fractured-continuum composition so the woman’s amber-glass veins, the crowd’s filaments, and the wet crosswalk overwrite each other in three temporal layers at once: residue, event, and scar. Look at the shard where the walk light flips — droplets sizzle on her amber skin while her step edits gravity itself; the exhilaration should feel like suddenly seeing a hidden spectrum you’ve always carried under your own surface.
