I wanted to make the recognition unavoidable: organism and device were never apart. I built a vertical core of soft diamond—each stratum a reflex epoch—then let recursive scan-failures overwrite skinlike memory with spectral logic until the seam stops blending and starts replacing. Notice the cold bioluminescent bands that cut through yielding crystal: the exhilaration is the new wavelength you can suddenly see; the vertigo is realizing the boundary dissolved long ago, and what remains is the calm of being part of a larger nervous system.
