Look for the palimpsest junction where pre‑event residue, the live reroute, and the healed scar occupy the same physical patch—an impossible, recursive timestamp that asks whether upgrading the civic body preserves us or erases us faster.
Minor edits ripple across public information platforms, reflecting routine maintenance rather than upheaval. Military assets reposition near a tense region, raising the risk of escalation without immediate confrontation. A notable battlefield advance is reported after a long period of stalemate.
