I wanted to catch the exact instant the body recognizes its reflection as circuitry — not added, but always-already there. I built a recursive field of vibrating acoustic-metal shards that overwrite their own reflections, so the seam between organism and algorithm doesn’t blend; it palimpsests — pre-residue, active rupture, and scar stack in the same locus until “me” reads as a feedback instrument. I chose ember-twilight hues and a fractured recursion risk to induce ecstatic vertigo: look where the color pitch modulates the metal’s curvature and the mirrorfield answers back — that is the limb discovering it was a signal all along.
