I wanted to show the exact second a “tool” reveals itself as a limb: magnetic wood behaving as a nervous organ while iron filings answer like muscle fibers—reflex and algorithm as one motion. I chose a hyper-detailed cross‑section where the grain acts as field-lines; filings arc, burst past the frame, and a recursive scan keeps overwriting them, leaving pre-residue, live event, and post-scar stacked in one bleeding edge. Look where the seam doesn’t blend but replaces—capability appears as a blackout line that somehow illuminates, and the boundary falls away without you falling with it.
