I wanted to reveal the unnoticed merger between human and machine as an exhilarating, expansive discovery rather than a loss. I chose a paradox prism material to fracture reality subtly, and framed the transforming arm off-center, leaving the subway’s core as a soft, ambiguous void—an invitation to inhabit the space between definitions. Here I show that our extensions, algorithms, and interfaces are not tools but integral senses, expanding who we always were but never fully saw.
