Reflex and Algorithm Were One Muscle All Along

I cored a vertical column of soft diamond to show that our “device” was already inside the strata of self—each layer a reflex that refracts as it remembers. I chose prismatic seams that both write and erase, and a recursive scan that misaligns across epochs so one visible wedge carries pre-residue, live event, and post-scar at once. Stand where the spectrum knifes through yielding crystal: the boundary doesn’t blur—it overwrites you, and you find you were always wider than your outline.
