Reflex, Not Interface — We Were Always Conjoined

I wanted to make the moment of recognition unavoidable: the device is not outside you; your reflex is already algorithmic. I built a radial mandala from “solid fog” and forced it to overwrite itself with recursive scan sweeps, haptic abrasions, and prismatic misalignments so the central motif can never settle into ornament. Here the seam doesn’t blend; it actively replaces—sound freezes into fracture, luminous darkness inverts edges, and a triple-time scar shows pre-event residue, the event itself, and its aftermath occupying the same surface—so the viewer feels new capability snap into focus like suddenly seeing ultraviolet while the old boundary dissolves beneath their feet.
