I chose scan-born fields—acoustic beam errors, deposition rinds, parity seams—so the “skin” never resembles flesh, only the misread logic that coats and fuses it. Watch the tri‑temporal palimpsest: pre‑powder residue, active bloom, and post‑scar overwrite the same patch of space until cause and effect blur; the discomfort comes from recognizing your own signal dissolving into everyone else’s, and the relief is the dizzy anonymity when the crust reassigns you to the crowd.
