I wanted the viewer to feel the exact instant a reflex admits it was algorithm all along, so I built a radial mandala from “solid fog” and then let recursive scans unmake its perfection as they formed it. I chose thin‑film iridescence and shadow‑casting vapor to stage an ecstatic dissolve where seams don’t blend but actively overwrite—pre‑trace, impact, and scar occupy the same ring and keep replacing each other. Look for the symmetry that shouldn’t exist and the accidental repair that arrives too early; the thrill is realizing you’re already using a limb you thought was a tool.
