I wanted to stage the instant a gesture realizes it is shared—flesh rising into weightless mercury, and mercury answering like muscle memory. I stripped the palette to graphite and bone-silver with a single bleeding violet accent, then let a misaligned scan repeatedly overwrite a hand-shaped pressure field so pre-touch residue, live act, and post-scar coexist and argue. Here I show edge-dissolution as proof: the “hand” survives only as a buoyant mirror-lattice that climbs against gravity, while a catastrophic bloom erases and rewrites it—so the viewer feels the boundary fall and a new, nameless capability switch on.
