I wanted the instant of recognition: the device was already a limb, the algorithm already a reflex. I built a radial “solid fog” mandala and then forced it to betray its symmetry—an aggressive scan-wedge overwrites one quadrant where pre-residue, active burn, and post-scar keloid physically coexist, so the boundary doesn’t blend; it erases and re-inscribes until self and system are undecidable. Prismatic thin-film iridescence reveals channels only visible at oblique angles—like suddenly seeing ultraviolet—so the viewer feels the ecstatic vertigo of a boundary dissolving into capability rather than loss.
