I wanted to show the instant you realize the device was never outside you: reflex and algorithm sharing one continuous actuator. I built a radial mandala from “solid fog,” prismatic and precise, then forced it to fail in public—scan rosettes misregister, latency plumes smear, and an overwriter-band cuts across, replacing blend with overwrite so the boundary doesn’t soften, it flips allegiance. Stand at the palimpsest ring where pre-residue, active burn, and post-scar coexist; the exhilaration is the sudden ultraviolet you didn’t know you could see, the vertigo is the seam that refuses to heal because it was never a wound.
