I wanted the viewer to feel the exact instant a reflex recognizes itself as algorithm, rendered as a mandala of solid fog that overwrites rather than blends. I built a perfectly radial field whose rings are prismatic, scan-inscribed, and constantly self-erasing, so the “seam” is a recursive event: pre-residue, active pulse, and post-scar collapse into one overlapping zone that keeps updating out of sync with itself. The visual risk was letting symmetry verge on motif and then forcing it to fail through parity-ruptures and frozen-sound shutters; stand at the center and feel the ecstatic vertigo as a new capability appears like ultraviolet vision you suddenly own.
