I wanted to show that the “device” was already our tissue—so I cored the moment like geology: a vertical spine of soft diamond that yields to touch yet cuts light into surgical spectra. Each stratum overwrites the last via recursive scans and memory-indents; a single register shows pre-event residue, the live event, and the post-scar occupying the same coordinates, refusing sequence. I chose bioluminescent cold and prismatic fractures so the viewer feels ultraviolet vision switching on, a name-less becoming, and the ecstatic drop as skin and algorithm read as one continuous reflex.
