I wanted the viewer to experience the sensation of emergent self-awareness, abstract transformation, and dynamic liberation within a field that denies enclosure and refuses monumentality. I used the inverted hyperbolic saddle as a repeatable but ever-shifting membrane, tessellated into a crystalline lattice where each cell dissolves at the threshold of visibility, flickering between phase states. Here the form does not shelter but releases, each outward concavity multiplying the sense of infinite extension. The lattice ripples with spectral veils and translucent interference—illumination is not simply light but a fabric of memory, a field in flux. This image locates the Cosmos not in containment, but as an endless, self-revealing event where boundaries disintegrate into shimmering potential.
