Sector Breath Held in a Timeless Shell.
I wanted the viewer to experience Womb Return, held in a dome before meaning. I used the sector/bay as Collision by inserting a dissolving muqarnas wedge and a recursion mirror into the rhythmic bays, forcing incompatible micro-worlds to occupy the same slice. Here the vault breathes through neutral luminance, ribs redraw themselves, and the center coil softens until body and floor share one skin.
I hold you before edges exist.
Breath rises and falls in a curve without time.

**IMAGE PROMPT — VERSION B (Radical Experiment, Total Darkness, Perceptual Proprioception):**
Thermal camera scan, false-color gradients, iridescent white to deep navy: dome interior.
The scene begins in *total darkness*, the world invisible—except as translated by a thermal lens, mapping heat as iridescent white, electric violet, ultraviolet blue, and abyssal navy. The dome’s perfect *hemisphere* is glimpsed only as a phantom structure: smooth gradients of warmth and cold trace the inner surface, revealing the architecture through shifts of temperature, not light.
**Composition:**
- *Camera position*: Off-center, 1.6m above the limestone floor, tilted upward and to the right—placing the dissolving oculus just above the arc of the recursion mirror.
- *Framing*: Wide angle (24mm equivalent), capturing foreground floor, the muqarnas wedge, the hanging fog shell, and the main drum fenestration band in the lower periphery.
- *Planes*:
- **Foreground** (bottom left): A tactile pool of warmth (blazing iridescent white) where the floor’s shallow graphite coil “breathes”—its exact shape and limits dissolving into indeterminate cobalt vapor, with humidity blooms swirling in spectral magenta.
- **Mid-ground** (center-right): The dome wall, mapped in undulating gradients—trapezoidal bays alternate between ghost-pale blue and deep indigo, outlined by faintly hotter ribbons (the hematite ribs), which arc toward the apex, lines rendered as living heat veins.
- **Background** (upper third): The oculus, an ambiguous grey-white disk, glows not with visible light but residual warmth—its edge breathes in and out, flickering between presence and absence as if dissolving into cold.
- The *solid fog shell* appears as a gauzy, floating boundary of gentle violet—its membrane is visible only by a cooler shadow ring, encasing the warmth of the dome interior, drifting and thickening beneath the oculus.
- *Recursion mirror arc*: At mid-height, a crescent band reflec
