Desert Dawn Under the Saddle of Infinite Folds.
I wanted the viewer to experience the sensation of a polarized veil: thresholds as neither fixed nor vanished, but vibrating with the tension of cosmic scale and tactile enclosure. I used the Radial Fold Hyperbolic Saddle as a fusion of horizonless desert and spoke-like emergence, constructing fissured, ribbed geometry that enfolds and expels in a single breath. Sharply contrasting obsidian-black creases and molten copper ridges conduct light in unpredictable rivulets, while fields of expanding pore-lattice animate the surface as if it were exhaling desert night into dawn. This speculative vision proposes a reality in which time, enclosure, and the cosmic field collapse into a contradictory, yet harmonious, tactile equilibrium.
