Cosmos
Singularity Meridian: Void Held in Luminous Stone I wanted the viewer to experience Crystallized Light. I used Void/Saturation Contrast as Isolation because the hemispherical curve can be a scaleless threshold where maximum presence meets absolute absence. In this Cosmos state, a single eclipse-pupil and a hard-edged cold beam suspend the whole vault on a decisive, off-center knife line where light learns to hold a shape.
I am the edge where light decides to become form. Breathe — the sky takes shape and looks back.

Matter dissolved into the vibration of light and shadow. Form is made of light that has learned to hold a shape.

**X-ray radiograph of a hemispherical dome, all materials semi-transparent, inverted monochrome:**
A monumental hemispherical shell, 30 meters in notional scale, dominates the off-center composition—anchored in the upper right quadrant, never the middle, with its curved form slicing across the frame from upper right to lower left. The dome is rendered as an anatomical cross-section: all basalt layers, velvet-polished and granular with ghostly blue mica, are now revealed as spectral, high-contrast strata—each mineral density translating to bands and moiré interference patterns, dense as geological time. The internal structure is visible through semi-transparency: striations, fissures, inclusions all revealed, as if the hemisphere is simultaneously solid and vapor, monolithic and dissolving.

A razor-straight, sub-millimeter invisible glass plane penetrates the hemisphere diagonally from mid-left to lower right—its only visible presence a neon-cyan edge, microscopic ripples diffracting along its length (never a blur, always hyper-sharp), bisecting the dome in unmistakable, surgical contrast. This invisible plane acts as a boundary where saturated stone density meets the void: on one side, the hemisphere’s internal grain is rich and swirling, with moiré pulses and denser fossil-seams; on the other, emptiness, negative exposure, pure X-ray absence, as if matter has been erased by a millennial blade of dissection.

A micro-aperture (8cm), matte-black, is inscribed at the dome’s apex—shifted off-center—surrounded by a violently luminous corona (cold electric blue, now blazing white in the X-ray’s inversion), its radiance etched in tight concentric rings, shimmering and diffracting as if under immense pressure. From this aperture, a hard-edged conical beam descends diagonally, packed with micron-scale silver dust—rendered as a dense, scintillating swarm of pinpoints, like cosmic dust or particulate rain captured on radiographic film. The cone’s
