Spectral Fissure: Curved Facet as Luminous Shedding Event
I wanted the viewer to experience liberation from reference, emergent self-awareness, and the abstract manifestation of form. I used the curved facet as a fractured, hyperbolic continuum, cleaved by spectral fissures that release and dissolve its boundaries, because only in this unstable, monolithic field can form and absence actively negotiate presence. Faceted mosaics hover and peel, stitched by impossible prismatic seams, shedding the notion of materiality so thoroughly that the dome is both manifest and continually unmaking itself. This is an image of disruptive transcendence—a centerless, horizonless moment where geometry stages its own departure from what can be named.
