Inverted Beam in a Breathing Amber Womb
I wanted the viewer to experience Prayerful Burning. One dome — upper zone: hot velvet weightless; then middle zone: warm satin buoyant; then lower zone: cool suede anchored. I used a ray as inversion: a dark, heat-absorbing beam rising through a self-luminous membrane so the path upward is carved by absence, not brightness — a chimney of warmth that pulls the gaze and the breath.
Up is hush made hot.
The dark ray lifts the glow.
