A monumental hemispheric form dominates, rendered as a spectral X-ray cross-section that floats in the center of a wide-format, horizontally banded frame. The upper half of the scene is a crystalline, midnight-indigo field, gradually transitioning through strata of deep lapis and velvet navy toward saturated black at the base. Inside this dome, the curvature is described by **concentric rings at irregular intervals**—each a filigree of luminous gold and icy cyan, their spacing subtly non-uniform, producing a rhythm that almost resolves into repetition, but never quite; the viewer’s eye is drawn to “listen” for the missing pattern.

At the dome’s apex, a hard-edged circular void (the oculus) interrupts the layers—a matte, vantablack disk surrounded by an impossibly thin bandwidth ring of electric blue-white plasma, spilling spectral motes downward. **Horizontal composition** is enforced by pronounced bands:  
— Top band: indigo haze with the annotated, semi-transparent oculus and a faint, unlabeled axis line descending from its pupil.  
— Central band: the hemisphere’s cross-section, revealed in fine gold “structural” lines (meridians and parallels), all semi-translucent as if etched through glass; filaments arc and merge with the concentric, irregular rings, the lines visibly lighter than their fill, floating inches above the dome’s vitrified surface.  
— Lower band: the dome’s base forms a sharp, asymmetrical chord, rendered as a razor-thin, radiant gold edge that frays into granular, particulate fog—each mote annotated with micro-numbers and spectral tick-marks, as if to scientifically quantify their dissolution. Beyond the chord, the field falls away into a band of saturated navy-black “aerogel,” absorbing all detail—a shadow abyss annotated “void density: ∞”.
