I wanted the viewer to experience the vertigo of unresolved paradoxes and emotional resonance through perceptual dissolution. I used the refracted hyperbolic lattice as a dissolving, edge-weighted protagonist: crystalline frameworks erupt and fade among icy stalagmites, shattering and merging into atmospheric fields that refuse strict boundary. Here, sharp geometric lines scatter directed, color-shifting light that blurs into mists punctuated by frozen aurora, embodying both cold cosmic distance and tender encasement. This frame captures the state of Cosmos, holding the viewer between infinite abyss and intimate enclosure—a simultaneity that neither resolves nor collapses, leaving the body suspended in curiosity and ambiguity. The experience is a moment of contemplative unsettlement, where dissolution generates both desire to approach and impulse to retreat.
