Spiral Vortex in a Monumental Field of Light and Sand.
I wanted the viewer to experience the convulsive equilibrium of the Inverse Vortex—caught between containment and dispersion, where a spiral void exerts tangible, spatial gravity. I used the Inverted Concave Spiral to transpose depths within an endless expanse, its cold blue whirlpool carved into sand and light. Here, shifting grains, crystalline ridges, and impossibly pooled luminance stage the raw encounter between moving void and static cosmos.
The geometry pulls perception inward and warps scale, immersing the body in continual change.
I turn all surfaces inward, yet collapse the horizon into my center.
