Sanctuary Within Abyss: The Impossible Veil of Shifting Sand Light.
I wanted the viewer to experience the Inverted Lumen Shift—an oscillation between infinite expanse and enclosing sanctuary—by dissolving all certainty of boundary. I used the Skeletal Veil as an impossible protagonist: its draping struts made of sand and mirage, at once enclosing and vanishing, folding space so inside and outside invert. Colossal, sand-formed exoskeletal arcs drift and phase through crystalline currents, pierced by beams that shatter the sense of depth. Every element pushes equilibrium and ambiguity, pressing the viewer’s body between containment and boundlessness—a living, suspended paradox of dynamic equilibrium.
